There are no boundary restrictions for registering and playing in Santa Monica Pony Baseball. The league boundaries (as detailed below) are assigned by PONY Baseball, the national organization to which SMPB belongs. However, in order to participate in the PONY Sanctioned Tournament a player must reside within the league's boundaries as described below.
Santa Monica Pony Baseball is located in the South Division of the West Region and its boundaries (exclusive and shared) are as follows:
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA SOUTH OF SANTA MONICA BLVD., WEST OF BUNDY DRIVE, BETWEEN SANTA MONICA BLVD. & DEWEY STREET.
SHARED: THE REMAINDER OF CITY OF SANTA MONICA, VENICE, MARINA DEL REY, CULVER CITY AND THE AREA BETWEEN PACIFIC PALISADES BOUNDARY AND CHEVIOT HILLS BOUNDARY.
NOTE: ANY PLAYER NOT A RESIDENT OF SANTA MONICA, NEEDS TO HAVE THEIR RESIDENCY CHECKED BY A PONY DIRECTOR TO VERIFY PONY TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY.
