Santa Monica Pony Baseball  is an all volunteer organization dedicated to providing  youth with a safe and enjoyable place to learn and play baseball. Santa Monica Pony Baseball receives no public funds. All of our expenses (which include but are not limited to field fees, umpire fees, insurance, uniforms and other gear/equipment) are paid via the registration fees, donations, sponsorships and revenue from the snack  bar at Los Amigos Park.

Our commitment to all the children of our community is paramount and to that end SMBP does offer, subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors, financial assistance (scholarships) to children and families who need it.  Evidence of need is generally demonstrated by government issued documentation.  Our financial assistance is driven by our available resources and is thus usually distributed on a first come, first serve basis.  All other factors being equal, priority is based on the applicant’s ability to pay and commitment to volunteer.  If you are interested in receiving a scholarship for your player, please download and fill out the Financial Aid Form and email it to [email protected].  You will be contacted by a League representative regarding the determination of your registration fee.
